I'm an EB-5 investor, and I first reached out to Jessica after hearing her name come up again and again in EB-5 investor groups. My case had stalled, and I wanted to make sure it was processed in a reasonable timeframe.

From our first conversation she was candid - she didn't oversell, she walked me through her strategy, and she gave me a realistic sense of how the process would go. That transparency, and the attention she paid to my specific situation, earned my trust, and I decided to move forward with her on a writ of mandamus.

She and her team - Delana and Emilia - kept me in the loop every step of the way. Partway through, I had an accident and went on an extended medical leave, which put my work visa and immigration status at risk, and the DOJ litigated hard to delay things with a motion to dismiss. Working with Jessica has been an absolute breakthrough in my personal case. After 7 years of uncertainty, in 2023 I was able to land an immigration interview and later get my status confirmed. They were able to file our suit in only 3 days after we signed the contract. They were very through and guided us deligently through out the process. They were also in contact with USCIS attorney for that duration of the suit.

I would 100% suggest Law Office of Jessica T. Arena. Jessica and her team are very professional, responsive to every concern and question, and are wanting to truly help you. We had been waiting for almost 3 years after we filed our i485, and even with multiple inquiries and follow ups, we never received any response, just that we have to “be patient”. One of our friends introduced us to Jessica’s law firm and we trust him very much in these matters so we knew Jessica’s law firm must be good, but wow! We received our interview appointments, did the interviews, received our RFE same week and then our green card approval letter and physical Green Cards the week after that, which was less than 2 months after we talked to Jessica for the first time. So much stress and pressure gone in less than 2 months! And I have to say, Jessica is very proactive about everything. There was a confusion about a matter during the interview and Jessica sent our declaration letters to US attorney explaining the situation right after. If you can afford it, I 100% suggest Jessica’s law firm. And just know that she listens to you. Since communication is key in this matter, make sure you are telling her all the details that might seem not very important. She doesn’t judge, she only helps.
